I had the great fortune of having Meena as my coach for 6 months during a special program run be Standard Chartered Bank. I had no experience of Coaching earlier and must admit that I began with a fair amount of trepidation. I am a complete convert now however and could not recommend Meena enough. She has improved my managerial competence manifold and I am a far more aware manager now. What is special about Meena is her patience and ability to lead her coachee to the solution. You would be lucky to be coached by her!

Went into a coaching journey with Meena Fonseca, as a coachee of course. I can’t say I had a fair understanding of what coaching is before then, and how it differs from, say mentorship. I believe I got a good coach (not sure how a better one would look like honestly), my coach broke it down in simple words : it’s a journey the coachee has to lead. Meena Fonseca is a thought provoking, passionate coach with that ability to make one dig out their own abilities , the most fascinating aspect of the journey has been how she made see this : solutions to majority of things to be resolved lie within the coachee!

Meena is a great coach , a guide and a mentor. I got a chance to learn under her mentorship for 6 months through a Coaching Program at Betterup. She listens to you very calmly, gets into the depth and then helps you find ways to figure out the solutions, the way she brings in her perspectives are way beyond your thoughts .I have seen myself grow from day 1 to the last day of my mentorship Program and she personally takes care of the growth and the changes within you.I will cherish meeting her and and will be considering her as my mentor for lifetime :-).
